Every Pac-12 football team is in action against one another this weekend. Which five will have the biggest risk of going on upset alert in Week 9?

I’m watching Remember the Titans and I can’t help but think about upsets happening all around college football in the middle of the season. Conference play brings about weird instances and upsets. Think about Alabama against Texas A&M (2012) or the two upsets from Ole Miss (2014, 2015). Every year in the Big 12 there are upsets that often knock the conference out of the Playoff.

Oklahoma has already slid down the S&P+ list, while TCU has climbed up the list with Oklahoma State right behind. The USC Trojans are out while Washington is the final Pac-12 team in the top 10. But the Pac-12 bottom has turned into a middle class with potential to upset the upper crust. Cal, Arizona, Arizona State and Washington State have all had major upset wins. Oregon State is the cellar dweller of the conference but Colorado, Utah, Washington, Arizona State and Washington State are all prime for upsets.

We’ll start with the least important game first on the national level. Here are my five most possible upsets out west in Week 9.
