Washington football is more than eager to get back into action. After their bye week and a loss to Arizona State, the Huskies are ready for battle with UCLA.

The Huskies were undefeated and rolling without much of any threat until the Arizona State. The Sun Devils upended them 13-7 in Week 7. Up to that point the Huskies had been rising every week in the polls. Their rival, Washington State, also took a tumble. Add that with an additional loss by USC to Notre Dame 49-14. All of a sudden, the Pac-12 Conference is now looking on the outside looking in.

Regardless, the Huskies need to keep fighting. First and foremost, the season is still very early. Anything can happen.

On the other hand, UCLA is desperate to win a game. The Bruins are coming off a win over Oregon, 28-14. Nevertheless, UCLA lost to Arizona a week before 47-30 and Stanford beat them two weeks before 58-34. Also, the huge loss to Memphis 48-45 ended any chance of making a run at a playoff bid.

Now their coach Jim Mora Jr. is on the “hot seat.” And it seems to be getting hotter by the second. Ultimately, the Bruins are gonna need a miracle this week. Washington is just way too powerful to beat this Saturday. Here are the top five reasons why an upset by the Bruins is simply too much to ask.
