2. Gordon on returning home, missing Wisconsin

Q: Do you have any plans in the future to return back to the state of Wisconsin?

Gordon: I am actually back home in a couple days [for the bye week].

Q: What is one thing that Madison has that the West Coast does not that you miss?

Gordon: Sometimes, I miss the snow. I mean not always, but it is just different now when it comes around and people are putting up Christmas lights and there is no snow. It’s so awkward to me. Every year up until now I’ve been around snow. Back in Kenosha we had this thing called Christmas Ran, it’s pretty much everyone would put up Christmas lights … It was just a dope look and like now, people just put lights but there’s no snow, it’s so awkward.

Q: We know you have heard this question before, but growing up with Trae Waynes, who played for Michigan State and now the Minnesota Vikings, what kind of interaction do you guys have with each other?

Gordon: A little bit when we play each other. When we (Wisconsin) get a chance to play Michigan State, you know it’s a rumble with the text messages.
