3. The Rebels upset Texas A&M

I know I already predicted that Ole Miss would win out. But in case that doesn’t pan out I just want people to know I firmly believe they’ll beat Texas A&M.

Ole Miss hasn’t lost to Texas A&M since 2013. They beat A&M last season in College Station with virtually the same team that they’ll face the Aggies with this season in Oxford.

From that perspective, I think the Rebels will win this game. While the Aggies are a better team than they were last season, they’re still susceptible to a good offense. Ole Miss is dangerous on offense, they have been all season. The level of talent on that side of the ball is as good as any offense in the country.

The defense is a different story and will decide that game. This game could end up with a score like 52-48. No matter what the score, the Rebels will get a win over Texas A&M to continue their win streak over the Aggies.
