2. Alabama should be No. 1

Make no mistake, the Alabama Crimson Tide are still undefeated. Additonally, the Tide have proven over and over again that they are for real. The dynasty has reemerged itself as the king of college football after Bear Bryant left the coaching ranks years ago.

However, the team that played LSU last night wouldn’t have held serve to the Georgia Bulldogs. Alabama did win the game last night, but there was nothing dominate about the win. In fact, with a few big plays by LSU and the Tide could’ve been looking at their first loss.

Alabama should stay as the second ranked team in the land when the new College Football Playoff rankings come out on Tuesday. Presumably, that is gonna be the verdict come Tuesday night.
