1. Butch Jones, Tennessee

Nothing has really gone according to plan at all this season in Knoxville, and almost all of the blame is falling Butch Jones shoulders. From headlines such as mishandling injured players, to assistants saying working for him was “one of the worst work experiences I’ve ever had”. Butch Jones’s seat is burning hotter than the sun at this point.

The Volunteers are in the midst of a very sub-par season, with a 4-5 record and all four wins being very ugly and unimpressive. Before this past Saturday, Tennessee was riding a four game losing streak, including a loss to Kentucky that was only their second loss in the last 30 years to the Wildcats.

Despite all this, there is still a chance the Volunteers end up bowling this December. A road trip to Mizzou could prove to be a turning point, followed by two home games against LSU and Vanderbilt. While Butch Jones tenure is looking like it will end soon, the Volunteers have a chance to salvage a very tumultuous season.
