3. Defense wins championships and Georgia has a great one
The loss to Auburn not withstanding, the Bulldogs have shut down opposing offenses and blown past teams like they were basically not even there. They have strong players that will bounce back from this loss to Auburn much like they did from the near loss to Notre Dame in Week 2.
This team has shown strength, resiliency and power. They have outscored opponents this season 346- 145 and average only 14.5 points given up a game. They rank near the top of the SEC in both interceptions and forced fumbles. Those are numbers of a championship team.

While the Bulldogs still control their own destiny as they are guaranteed an SEC Championship spot, likely against the team that took their No. 1 spot in Alabama. This team will be in the College Football Playoff, I truly believe that.
