In an off the radar game, Iowa State travels to Waco, Texas to take on Baylor. The Cyclones enter the game as 10-point favorites.

Iowa State is only two games removed from pulling off a shocker against TCU in the same season they pulled an upset win over Oklahoma. The problem with the Cyclones has been offensive inconsistency. They did not crack 20 points against TCU, but won. They did the same against West Virginia and lost. Last week against Oklahoma State, they racked up 42 points in a loss.

Baylor is only 1-9 this season and a ton has happened off the field with this program over the past year. It seems crazy to pick Baylor to beat Iowa State, but their freshman quarterback Charlie Brewer gives them hope. He lit up Kansas for 315 yards and three scores two weeks ago and last week against Texas Tech, he put up 417 yards and three more scores. Despite the poor record, the Bears have had some close games, but have not been able to close the deal.

Baylor is playing their last home game of the season and is looking to end on a positive note and something to hang their hats on as they look towards the 2018 season. Look for the Bears to pull off the upset and continue the series win streak over the Cyclones, which currently stands at four wins for Baylor.
