NFL Mock Draft 2018: Complete first round after Week 12
Senior Oklahoma State quarterback Mason Rudolph is a prime fit with the Arizona Cardinals offense. This team will get running back David Johnson back next season, and a quarterback with a big arm like Rudolph would be a great compliment to him.
Losing to the Kansas State Wildcats as a 20-point favorite does cast some doubt on the ability to Rudolph to handle clutch situations. Yet, that could be ironed out with a different situation and coaching culture in the NFL.

Rudolph makes all the wide receivers around him better and he has experience running a fast paced offense like that of the Cardinals. Many would be skeptical about the transition of a quarterback from the Oklahoma State scheme to an NFL playbook.
But, Rudolph might be the best overall quarterback in Oklahoma State history and he has all the tools needed to be a big time pro. At 6-foot-5, and with a big arm to make all the deep throws, Rudolph is a versatile option for the Cardinals.
