2. Why Go to the SEC?

Tennesse is sliding team in a raising division, the SEC East. Why would he want to a division with Georgia, a Florida with Dan Mullen and raising South Carolina with Will Muschamp and Jake Bentley? Also, Tennessee is one of the East teams that always play Alabama.

Why do that when you can stay in the Big 12?

The Big 12 now is an offensive conference that he and Bob Stoops made together. Whenever Mack Brown left the conference the defense took a nose dive. And ever since then the powerful offenses have ruled the Big 12. Names like Sam Bradford, Baker Mayfield, Brandon Weeden and Mason Rudolph have had the conference in chokehold.

Behind Rudolph, Gundy has a player in Taylor Cornelius that the coaching staff has started to like a lot in practice. If he does not like him, there is 4-star dual threat QB Spencer Sanders committed to the Cowboys and bunch of great recruits coming to the Stillwater.

Mike Gundy is made for the Big 12 and the transition to the SEC might not be the move that would take him away from Oklahoma State.
