1. Rosen’s stock is at an all-time high

Let’s face it, coming back for another season won’t help Josh Rosen’s NFL draft stock. In fact, his stock will likely never be higher than what it is, and that’s not me saying he should cash in now because everything from this point on is downhill.

Actually, it’s just the opposite. Rosen is likely a top-five pick and potentially a No. 1 overall selection, so returning for his senior season risks too much, including injury, which could drop him slightly. It could also solidify himself as the true No. 1 pick, but there’s not much difference between the first and second quarterback chosen.

Rosen showed plenty of arm strength, accuracy and overall talent in 2017 to be considered as a top-five pick and that stock won’t get much better with another year. He passed for 3,717 yards, 26 touchdowns, 10 interceptions and completed about 63 percent of his throws.

The only debate about Rosen’s draft positioning is whether he’s going to be the first or second quarterback chosen between himself and USC’s Sam Darnold. Going pro would be wise.
