26. . Quarterback. Louisville Cardinals. Lamar Jackson. 21. player

Few teams in the NFL have been harder to figure out than the Baltimore Ravens this season. They still have a solid chance to make the playoffs, in the Wildcard in the AFC. Yet, the Steelers are running away with the AFC North.

The Ravens need to add a player like Louisville Cardinals quarterback and former Heisman Trophy winner Lamar Jackson to shake things up. Joe Flacco needs to be phased out in Baltimore with a more polarizing player starting at the position in the near future.

Jackson not only gives the Ravens a franchise quarterback to build around, they also have the opportunity to put a multitude of different skilled players in the offense. He showed the ability to evade the pocked this year, but to also stay patient and step up in it.

While Jackson’s stats were not as eye-popping this year as they were in 2016, he showed development in nearly every area of his game. There were questions as to Jackson’s ability to even play quarterback in the NFL in 2016, and now he’s widely considered worth a first round pick at quarterback.
