This three-star all-purpose running back is the 10th best in the nation at his position. Crosby High School product, Craig Williams, had a lot of big programs pursuing him, which is impressive for a three-star recruit.

With offers from the Auburn Tigers, Mississippi State Bulldogs, Missouri Tigers, Oregon Ducks, Virginia Tech Hokies, and the Longhorns, Williams still chose Baylor. And, he’s got the versatility to really make a big impact with the Baylor offense.

Considering all the transfers that Baylor had from the offense in the past month, Rhule needs some fresh faces to step in and fill some holes. The only 1,000-yard rusher that the Bears had at running back, Terence Williams, is transferring as well.

Two running backs, rising sophomore John Lovett, and rising junior JaMycal Hasty, should be the go-to options next year. But, Baylor will need another option to step up in place of Terence Williams. That guy should be Craig Williams.
