NFL Mock Draft 2018: Complete first round post-bowl season
By Dana Becker
Despite falling to Alabama in the semifinals, the Clemson defense held up against the Crimson Tide.
One of the reasons they had success all year was from a deep defensive line that included junior Christian Wilkins.
After making 13 tackles for loss in helping Clemson win the national title last year, Wilkins recorded a career-high 60 tackles, with nine being for loss, to go along with five sacks.
His numbers might not be the same as some of the other defensive line prospects in the draft, but you have to remember the focus put on him by the opposing offenses allowed other players to rack up tackles.
