3. Joey Ramos, OT

Joey Ramos has already signed and will be on campus after graduating this spring. The 6-foot-5, 305-pound offensive lineman out of Arizona has the size to play immediately.

Ramos is Iowa State’s top-rated recruit according to 247Sports and the 48th-best guard in America. The Phoenix-native held offers from Arizona State, Arizona, Oregon, UCLA, Washington, Cal, Kansas State, Nebraska and many others. The Cyclones going into Pac-12 territory and snagging a recruit of Ramos’ level is huge.

Beating out the likes of Oregon, UCLA, Washington and Nebraska show just how far the Cyclones have come in recruiting. Ramos will likely play any of the interior positions on the offensive line for the Cyclones and could be a contributor if injuries occur throughout the season.
