Texas A&M has quite the recruiting pipeline in California this year. They’re trying to land multiple four-star prospects in a state they have no business recruiting in. California is generally a hot bed held by the Pac-12 and Notre Dames and Alabamas of the world.

However, one of the main California native targets for the Aggies is four-star pro-style quarterback Tanner McKee. As the third best pro-style quarterback in the nation, McKee is a hot commodity for all 23 programs that have offered him.

Head coach David Shaw and the Stanford Cardinal are the overwhelming top dogs in the fight for McKee’s services for his college career. McKee is also displaying a large amount of interest in the Texas Longhorns, Alabama Crimson Tide, Washington Huskies, and the Aggies.

McKee has a somewhat widespread range of interest in schools geographically. But, he could provide another quarterback of the future for Fisher’s offense. If both Nick Starkel and Kellen Mond don’t work out, McKee is next in line for the starting job.
