It seems like Ohio State is in on the top receivers in just about every recruiting class, and this cycle will be no different. Four-star wide out Garrett Wilson from Austin, Texas, has to be near the top, or close to it, of the Buckeyes’ list of must-add receiver targets.

Watching his film is like watching a video game. The 6-foot-0, 185-pound receiver has both slot and deep-threat abilities and can return kicks and punts as well. He’s a phenomenal athlete with quick-twitch ability and can reverse fields with ease.

Wilson can stop on a dime and make defenders miss as well as anyone in the class. His speed sets him apart and his concentration is impressive. He could be an instant game-changer for the Buckeyes and there’s a reason he holds nearly 30 offers before his senior year.

There are a number of schools standing out early on to the young wide out, including in-state programs such as Texas, TCU and Texas A&M while Ohio State, Michigan, Arkansas, Notre Dame, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are also in good shape. He’s the No. 90 recruit and 18th-best receiver in the class.
