2. Albert Huggins – Defensive End

The South Carolina native is 6-foot-3, 305 pounds, and one talented Clemson Tigers. Albert Huggins is an upcoming senior, so this 2018 season is very important for Huggins as a defensive end if he wants to set himself up for the future.

But, for now, Huggins is backup for the 2018 season because the Tigers are returning all four All-American defensive linemen. However, Huggins is more than capable of stepping in. He is a big time show-out behind players Christian Wilkins and Dexter Lawrence.

With time, everyone progresses in the game, just as Huggins did. Last season was Huggins first career start for the Clemson Tigers. He finished the 2017 season with five tackles and a sack against Florida State.

It can be difficult to gain that college football mentality and not feel entitled to a position on the field, but a new season means new beginnings, and when given the chance Huggins will breakout on the defensive side for the Clemson Tigers.
