60. Round 6, No. 213 overall. RB. Ole Miss. Jordan Wilkins. 6. player

Jordan Wilkins has an NFL body. His 6-foot-1, 216 pound frame and 9-3/8-inch hands will be appealing to teams in the later rounds. He, like Speaks, is coming off of his best season yet. After missing his junior year due to academic issues, Wilkins returned in 2017 with a 1,011 yard rushing performance with 10 touchdowns (nine rushing and one receiving). Wilkins usage as a pass catcher, 26 receptions last season, will raise his profile ever so slightly.

That flash, combined with his prototypical size and speed make him an intriguing prospect that could play a bigger role in the offense down the road. He’s not going to be a number one option, but he could find his way onto an NFL roster behind an established option.

The Minnesota Vikings don’t have significant needs at the skill positions, but could look to add depth at running back. Dalvin Cook will be back from injury in 2018, but the suddenness of his absence last season will force Minnesota to develop a contingency plan. Veteran Latavius Murray has two years remaining on his deal, but wasn’t incredibly effective in lieu of cook last season.
