1. UCLA

It’s already been a huge off-season for the UCLA Bruins, as they hauled in former Michigan Wolverines quarterback Wilton Speight by way of the grad transfer market. Yet, that did come after the Bruins were let down by former Washington Huskies quarterback K.J. Carta-Samuels.

So, adding one more quarterback to the mix that could make the Bruins immediate contenders in Hurts would not be too bad of a thing. UCLA has stayed in the spotlight all off-season. Whether it be the hiring of head coach Chip Kelly, drama among grad transfers, or news on the Josh Rosen front, UCLA has been in the thick of the headlines a ton after the conclusion of the 2017 season.

As it pertains to Hurts’ situation, it’s tough to imagine a better system for him to wind up in than that of Kelly’s offense. Kelly runs a very high tempo offense that takes full advantage of the athleticism of players on his roster.

Hurts could really maximize his potential in Westwood, Calif. Even if UCLA seems like the biggest reach on this list, it does make a ton of sense. A Hurts transfer should at least have him considering a program that could utilize his skill set well like UCLA.
