Tanner Lee might have been just a year too early at Nebraska. After transferring in from Tulane, Lee missed out on a season with new head coach Scott Frost, which could have ultimately improved his draft stock.

Lee looks the part of a quarterback, but doesn’t have the resume or numbers to back it up.

He completed just 55 percent of his throws over his three-year career, throwing 46 touchdowns but also 37 interceptions. He had his best season in the Big Ten with the Huskers this past year, completing 57.5 percent of his passes for 3,143 yards with 23 touchdowns — all numbers that were career highs.

If he is given the right team and right system, along with a strong quarterback coach that can work with his talents, Lee could be a steal down the road.
