In 2014, Mike Evans became the first Texas A&M wide receiver to be selected in the first round when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected him seventh overall. The school could see a second receiver go in the first once again this year in Christian Kirk.

With 4.4 speed, Kirk shined bright for the Aggies going up each week against future NFL cornerbacks in the SEC. He recorded three consecutive seasons of at least 71 catches and 900 yards, racking up 26 touchdowns in all.

Kirk, who stands 5-foot-11 and weighs 200 pounds, had 71 receptions for 919 yards and a career-high 10 touchdowns this past season. He had a career-high 83 receptions as a junior and went over the 1,000-yard mark his freshman season in College Station.

Overall, Kirk had 234 career catches for 2,856 yards, adding another 100-plus yards in carries. He is also a more than capable return man, as he averaged almost 22 yards over 48 kickoff returns and had 37 punt returns for 22 yards per return with seven total touchdowns.
