AAC Football: Ranking the best uniforms in the conference

I mentioned that it doesn’t get much better than SMU’s uniforms. Here is a rare instance in which it gets better.

Once upon a time, Tulane had a rather dull logo that involved a green T with a wave over it. Then they changed their logo to the most beautiful creature in college athletics – the Angry Wave, pictured above.

Ever since Tulane switched to the Angry Wave, their uniforms have gotten more and more tremendous. The crown jewel of the bunch are the power blues above, which are one of the best looks in college football, bar none. The usual green unis aren’t too shabby either.

As long as Tulane has the Angry Wave on their side, it stands to reason that their football program will only grow increasingly impressive until they dethrone Alabama, win the national title and rule supreme over all of collegiate America. I, for one, welcome our new Angry Wave overlords.
