Oklahoma is one of the best programs in college football. Sooner fans are a prideful bunch and they take their tailgating seriously on Saturdays.

In Norman, the students wake up early to get the party started. They take turns driving the Sooner Schooner and fire off ceremonial shotguns. The tailgating scene is full of grills, grills and more grills. And the food includes not just the traditional like hot dogs and hamburgers, but also ribs and steak.

Sooner fans also support their team well on the road, especially when they get together for their annual rivalry with Texas. For the Red River Showdown, the two fanbases combine to have one of the best tailgating scenes in the country. When at home in Norman though, the tailgating scene is worth checking out.
