The Razorbacks have struggled the past few seasons and have a new football coach in Chad Morris. The Chad Morris era will wind up being highly successful, mark my words, but they don’t have the talent on campus yet to compete with Auburn. This is also the third straight home game for Auburn who will be cooking with butane by the time Arkansas makes it to The Plains.

Undefeated Auburn won’t have an issue defeating the S&P+’s 52nd-ranked squad. Quarterbacks Cole Kelley and Ty Storey will battle it out in camp for the starting quarterback job. Coach Morris will improve the Hogs 43rd-ranked offense with six returning starters to play with. The Tigers defense, led by coordinator Kevin Steele, will be too much to handle for Arkansas.

On offense, the Tigers will face the Hogs seven returning starters to a very bad defense. Arkansas defense finished 2017 ranked 112th per the S&P+. They do return De’Jon Harris who picked up 115 tackles and 3.5 sacks as a sophomore middle linebacker down in Fayetteville, AR. Jarrett Stidham could throw for 400 yards and three touchdowns against the Razorbacks defense.

Final: Auburn 49 (4-0, 2-0 SEC) – Arkansas 24
