11. The Citadel (Nov. 17)

Alabama’s game against the Citadel is simply an opportunity to fine tune any kinks before the Iron Bowl. Bama will also utilize this time to get healthy and rested after back to back games against more challenging opponents.

Though rest and recovery will be a focus in the week leading up to the game against the Citadel, the College Football Playoff Committee rankings will bring some nerves to the Tide. Therefore, Alabama will want to run up the score against the Citadel in order to strengthen their chances of securing a spot in the playoffs.

We will see a relatively simple set of offensive and defensive plays throughout the game to limit the amount of film Auburn has available. On offense, we will likely see a hurried up offense of the same plays over and over to put more points on the board. Defensively, we will see overloaded blitzes in hopes of forcing turnovers.

Final: Alabama 63 (10-1) – Citadel 3
