After a resume-building road victory over TCU, Ohio State returns home and welcome Tulane to Columbus for the last non conference game of the season. It will be a good chance for the Buckeyes to fine tune everything before the conference slate starts in earnest the following week.

A season ago, Tulane finished 5-7, nearly getting to bowl eligibility if not for a three-point loss in the final week against SMU. The defense struggled during the campaign, giving up more than 2,500 yards on the ground. There are not signs of a big improvement on the defensive front for Tulane this year, so JK Dobbins and Mike Weber could have a field day in this game.

Dwayne Hoskins will have a pretty average day but he will not need to be too active as Dobbins and Weber will do most of the work, combing for over 250 yards and five touchdowns. The defense even gets in on the action as safety Jordan Fuller returns an interception for a score. The Green Wave gets washed away in a sea of Scarlet and Gray.

Final: Tulane 9, Ohio State 49 (4-0)
