As the calendar turns to October, the Buckeyes will be coming off their first loss of the season. While the path to a Big Ten championship and playoff spot has suffered a setback, Ohio State is still alive and will be looking to take out their frustrations. Indiana will be the unfortunate team on the receiving end of those Buckeye frustrations.

Tom Allen is entering his second year as head coach after leading the Hoosiers to a 5-7 record a year ago. Quarterback Peyton Ramsey is back and looked to be the presumed starter this year until Indiana picked up Michael Penix in a last minute commitment switch from Tennessee and then Brandon Dawkins as a graduate transfer from Arizona. It will be a three man competition for the starting job in fall camp.

No matter who is under center for the Hoosiers, it will not matter against the Buckeyes. Ohio State will be determined to get back on the winning track. After having a pedestrian week in Happy Valley, Dwayne Haskins returns to form, throwing for three scores and tops the 300-yard mark through the air. JK Dobbins notches a pair of touchdowns and while Mike Weber does not find the end zone, he tops 100 yards. The Buckeyes roll and notch their 23rd in a row victory in their series versus the hapless Hoosiers.

Final: Indiana 7, Ohio State 38 (5-1, 2-1 Big Ten)
