2. Nothing But Air

Both the Rams and the Warriors rank towards the bottom in their defensive line and secondary units. With lack of pressure and busted coverages, both quarterbacks, K.J. Carta-Samuels (CSU) and Cole McDonald (HAW) will have big games, each throwing for over 300 yards and at least three touchdowns. Yes, we said the Rams would score over 50 and it wouldn’t be close but the Warriors will still put up points on the board and the only way they will do that is through the air.

Both quarterbacks enter this season with different, yet similar stories. Samuels, is a graduate transfer from Washington, looking to make a splash in his new home in his first year as a starter.

McDonald, a sophomore, takes over at QB1 after playing second string in 2017. For one, it’s a new beginning of the end, and for the other, it’s the start of a promising career. But no matte, the story, both of these signal callers are going to begin 2018 with a bang.
