2. Myles Gaskin hits 150 yards in a losing effort

Myles Gaskin is extremely underrated. He, like Browning, has been a major player for the Huskies offense since his freshman season and has averaged 5.9 yards per carry over his career. The small but explosive Gaskin has scored 49 times from scrimmage over his career and even averaged 12.2 yards per catch in 2017.

I love the Auburn front-four and Dontavius Russell is going to be a load but Gaskin is a lot like Saquon Barkley where the offense will find a way to get him the football and he’ll find a way to score.

Gaskin ran for over 200 yards and four touchdowns in combined efforts against really good defenses in Oregon and Stanford. Then against Utah, he was shutdown to 3.3 yards per carry but logged over 100 receiving yards and scored through the air. The Utes contained Gaskin on the ground but he averaged 19 yards per catch in a 33-30 victory.

In the Fiesta Bowl, Gaskin ran for 98 yards on seven yards per carry and hit the end zone twice on the ground in a losing effort. No matter how good Russell and Deshaun Davis are Gaskin will find a way and Chris Petersen’s find a way to win scheme will prevail at least for their star back.
