2. Tate Martell is Tim Tebow 2.0

Tate Martell came into this season with a legitimate shot at winning the starting job against Dwayne Haskins. While Haskins has shown the coaching staff they made the right decision, Martel is still being used as a weapon in certain packages.

Martell used his speed and elusive to make plays running the ball in the win against the Scarlet Knights. He finished the game with eight carries for 95 yards capped off by an amazing 47-yard touchdown run.

It would be smart for the coaching staff to use him the same way Urban Meyer used Tebow his freshman season at Florida. Specific packages would cause fits for the Horned Frogs defense, as Martell also showed he can beat you with his arm throwing the ball exceptionally well so far this season.

How many series will he see against TCU? That will depend on whether the offense is moving the ball easily against the Horned Frogs.

Fans should expect Martell to continue to make an impact for the Buckeyes offense for the rest of the season.
