Playstation Fiesta Bowl – Washington Huskies vs Penn State Nittany Lions

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish took down Michigan in Week 1 but struggled in a 4-point win against Ball State this past Saturday. With their performance and our newcomer in the Rose Bowl, the Washington Huskies slide over to the Fiesta Bowl, in a rematch of last year’s Fiesta Bowl matchup. The Huskies can still make the Rose Bowl, and even the College Football Playoff, but if they suffer another loss, they’ll most likely end up back in Arizona on New Year’s.

The Penn State Nittany Lions bounced back from their Week 1 poor play with a blowout win over in-state rival Pittsburgh. Trace McSorley still hasn’t thrown an interception and has six total touchdowns on the season. And once again, the Nittany Lions run game showed to be just fine with the departure of Saquon Barkley. If the Week 2 Nittany Lions show up every week, a NY6 Bowl is more than likely for Penn State.
