College Football Week 3 TV schedule: How to binge-watch
Saturday night-cap
Washington at Utah, 10:00 p.m. EST, ESPN
An actual decent Pac-12 matchup? In Pac-12 after dark? No that can’t be right, how did that get in here? Oh, right.
One sentence sell: Washington is going to win, but Utah’s defense is pretty great and could keep it competitive, though their offense will struggle a lot.
Arizona State at San Diego State, 10:30 p.m. EST, CBSSN
As the official Herm correspondent at Saturday Blitz, I can say with full bias that this game is worth watching. San Diego State is pretty solid, and will probably make it a close game, and even though it’s going to be super low scoring and bad to watch, how can we pass up ending the day with Herm?
One sentence sell: Arizona State has Manny Wilkins and N’Keal Harry, while San Diego State has Juwan Washington, and all three of those are worth watching.
Fresno State at UCLA, 10:30 p.m. EST, FS1
Chip Kelly’s first late-night game at UCLA could be a bit of a rough one. Fresno State is awesome, and I think they might win this game by several touchdowns. UCLA is nowhere near ready to compete, and they have at least two years of rebuilding to do before they will be. On the other side, Fresno State is ready to compete now, and will have no issue with this UCLA defense.
One sentence sell: This will at least be fun when UCLA’s offense is on the field against Fresno State’s defense, because Chip Kelly’s system is still exciting, even if he doesn’t have the talent yet.
