College football is one of the best things America has to offer, but what are the best and worst styles that the nation’s programs have to offer?

College football is the best version of football because of the pageantry and variety that’s offered compared to its professional counterpart. The college football live game experience has so many more variables as the campus layout, traditions, and local culture play a large role in the atmosphere of the games. There’s no pro football tradition quite like Toomer’s Corner or Howard’s Rock and that’s the reason college football fans are so passionate and obsessive.

The college coaches are also given a little more freedom to create wild uniform concepts, their hair can be let down more than that of the NFL coaches, and the schemes vary much more from conference to conference. College football also has College GameDay with Lee Corso and those other people, too. There are marching bands, mascots and cheerleaders in sweaters.

The journey around college football takes you from a place to “Jump Around” through a “Zombie Nation” and into a coliseum in Los Angeles. FBS college football is played in five time zones, with teams like Navy playing as far as Hawaii and serving their country all over the globe.

College football season is a time for fans to come together and for fanbases to take volleys at the failures of their rivals. Let’s enjoy the best and worst program styles in college football.
