The Hokies were also affected by Hurricane Florence. Their game against East Carolina was canceled and their next matchup is against Old Dominion. The Hokies should come out of that game with a W and will look to end the month of September undefeated.

Georgia Southern was no match for the Tigers, who put in a dominant workmanlike performance against the Eagles. Travis Etienne exploded for 162 yards and two scores, and Trevor Lawrence threw a touchdown pass as well. Clemson travels to Georgia Tech next week and should put up a bunch of points against a Yellow Jackets defense that can’t seem to slow anyone down.
