1. If it does rain, Matthew McConaughey is shirtless by second quarter

As if the Longhorns most famous fan needed a reason to go au naturel.  Matthew McConaughey hasn’t had a whole lot to cheer for since the Horned Frogs have joined the Big 12 Conference. TCU has basically horned the series, going 5-1 since joining the league.

Also, under Gary Patterson, TCU is 37-12 when coming off a loss so the cards may not be in the burnt orange’s favor this week. This 89th meeting between the two teams has a lot on the line for the Horns and specifically Tom Herman.

As we all know, it won’t be long before Longhorn fans start storming the castle if Herman doesn’t right the ship and start winning. That kind of pressure can drive a man to drink. Don’t worry, I’m sure McConaughey snuck in some Wild Turkey in his fanny pack so all is good.

So, if the stars align, and Texas comes out guns blazing, expect the Longhorn crowd to go nuts in support of there team. Not likely but lets go with it since this is a bold prediction. A strong start from UT along with the rain could just result in Magic Mike Part 3 for Texas’ favorite movie star.

Now I’m not positive Mr. Alright, Alright, Alright will be at the game, but if he is, with flask of Wild Turkey in hand, I’d expect we will see a steady dose of burnt orange bandanna and abs by the light of the ole moon tower tonight. And people, that’s when you know its a party — who brought the bongos?
