2. JT Daniels will toss at least three picks to tough Cougars secondary

JT Daniels took USC by storm, coming in as a true freshman and snagging the starting role right out of the gate. Daniels has been hit-and-miss, completing 58 percent of his passes for 819 yards in his first three games. The freshman has only one passing touchdown, but he has thrown three interceptions so far.

Boding even rougher for the young quarterback is the fact that he is about to go up against one of the toughest secondaries in the country. Washington State ranks third in opponent passing efficiency, 10th in yards allowed through the air, and 12th in passing touchdowns against. The Cougars are in spectacular shape against just about any passing attack.

Against a rookie college star in just his fourth career start, this secondary is going to have a field day. Daniels is going to see his number of college interceptions at least double in a single game as he struggles with costly mistakes throughout the day.

Washington State has snagged five picks so far this season. That number will jump up to at least eight, if not more, as they make life difficult for a young quarterback still adjusting to a new pace of football that he will eventually master, though that day will not come on Friday night.
