Florida State. Brian Burns. 21. player. 26. . DE

The Baltimore Ravens are another one of those teams who needs help in many areas. The Ravens don’t have issues at quarterback and running back, but other than that, they can take help at all other positions. At outside linebacker the Ravens have a phenomenal, yet old, player in Terrell Suggs. However, at some point, Baltimore will want to replace him with an equally as impactful player.

Often Suggs plays as a down linebacker so a quick lineman who can cover will do a solid job filling the future emptiness for Baltimore. Brian Burns, a leaner defensive end, has been one of the only bright spots for the Florida State Seminoles this year.

Burns is 6-foot-5 but only 235 pounds. If he doesn’t get bigger, he will be 100 pounds less than some of the offensive lineman he will be going against. However, with 3.5 sacks this year, Burns has shown he can effectively use his quickness to reach the quarterback. Brian Burns is a nice fit for the Ravens.
