1. Razorbacks finish month with 3-1 record

After gaining some momentum with a good fight in a loss to Alabama, Arkansas will turn things around and put together a 3-1 record.

Yes, I know the Razorbacks look like the worst team in the conference right now, but the teams on the schedule in the month of October, with the exception of Alabama, aren’t exactly blowing people away, either.

Following the Bama loss, the Razorbacks will host Ole Miss. The Rebels can put up big numbers, but they’re also one of the most inconsistent teams in the conference. Tulsa will come to town the week after and it should be one of those confidence-boosting wins for the Razorbacks. This contest shouldn’t even be a question. Lastly, Vanderbilt will head to Fayetteville to close out the month and they’ll fall victim to a suddenly-hot Arkansas team.

A 1-4 start to the season will be somewhat salvaged by a 3-1 month of October to put the Razorbacks’ overall record at 4-5. Not too shabby for a team that was considered the worst in the SEC.
