A Perfect Month

After their game against the Michigan State Spartans, the Penn State Nittany Lions go on the road to take on the Indiana Hoosiers. The Hoosiers are not a great football team, but have known to upset and give trouble the top teams of the Big Ten East, especially in Bloomington. Regardless, the Nittany Lions will take care of business and win big over the Hoosiers.

To end the month, the Nittany Lions head back home to take on the Iowa Hawkeyes. It took very second in last year’s matchup for the Nittany Lions to beat the Hawkeyes, but don’t expect the same this time around.

The Nittany Lions will be facing a tough defense, but with Iowa’s offensive struggles and 107,000 screaming fans, Penn State wins this one by double digits. A win over Iowa would cap off a perfect month, going 3-0 in the month of October. And with an away game against the Michigan Wolverines followed by a home game against the Wisconsin Badgers, waiting for them at the start of November, winning every game is crucial to their season’s outcome. Conference and playoff chances are low as of now, but a New Year’s Six Bowl is highly likely for Penn State.
