Last week, I gave Kansas 100-plus words of advice on how to fix their offense, advocating for Carter Stanley to be given the starting quarterback job after putting up a pretty good performance in a losing effort. This week, Peyton Bender was still the starter, he still played terribly, and so did Stanley when he got a chance.

Kansas gave their star running back Pooka Williams just 12 carries, and their other good running back, Khalil Herbert just six, because they’ve been cursed with the worst system in college football, the air raid. Kansas football is a useless trash fire, and it’s better that we don’t look at them. Fire David Beaty and hire someone who doesn’t want to run the offense that has literally never worked at any level.

Speaking of teams in the state of Kansas that have a bad coach that they need to fire to save their program from falling into an eternal pit of despair, Kansas State stinks. The Wildcats stink at running. They stink at passing. They stink at defense. They lost to a program that had to replace like half of their roster because of scandal two years ago. They have a terrible recruiting class that isn’t going to get any better.

All of this can be brought back to the fact that Bill Snyder can’t coach anymore, because he’s an old man, and when you get old you stop being able to do high intensity jobs like coaching a power five football team. He isn’t fixing this one. His awful son isn’t fixing it either. Kansas State needs to ditch the Snyder family and hire a coach born after WW2 before Bill runs the program into the ground.
