1. Four different Notre Dame receivers record a touchdown

While Pitt hasn’t been particularly generous through the air, Notre Dame quarterback Ian Book has gashed opposing secondaries since claiming the starting job in Week 4 against Wake Forest. Despite serving as the backup through the first three games of the season, Book has combined for 887 passing yards and 12 total touchdowns to only one interception.

While wide receiver Miles Boykin has solidified himself as Book’s No. 1 target, the Irish have yet to establish a top red zone threat. At this point in the season, Boykin has three touchdowns, Chase Claypool and Nic Weishar have two, and Chris Finke, Alize Mack, and Brock Wright round out the list with one score a piece.

At the end of the day, it really doesn’t matter who it is scoring touchdowns, as long as they’re being scored of course. Book has shown the ability to utilize each and every part of his offense, something that quarterback Brandon Wimbush failed to bring to the table during his time as a starter.

Next. How to binge watch Week 7. dark

Assuming Williams and the Irish rushing attack can garner enough respect on the ground, there should be plenty of scoring chances for Book and his receivers, especially in the red zone. As for who exactly it may be catching these touchdowns, my money is on Boykin, Claypool, Mack, and either Williams or Tony Jones Jr. out of the backfield.
