Heisman Trophy Power Rankings 2018: Dwayne Haskins gaining ground?
Dwayne Haskins continues to put up amazing numbers even when the offense starts off slow or look out of sync. The real question for Buckeyes fans is are these numbers just stat stuffers?
Or is the offense really explosive enough to go up against the likes of Alabama and Georgia? In their close win against Minnesota, Haskins was phenomenal yet again. He finished the game 33-of-44 for 412 yards and three scores.
You could make the case that he is playing the best football of any quarterback in the country, and even though Tua Tagovailoa has been phenomenal, it’s not a bad argument to say that Haskins is making it a closer race each week.
The Buckeyes face Purdue in their Week 8 matchup and Haskins should put up another excellent performance.
