3. Felton Davis III has a monstrous day

The Michigan State Spartans have one of college football’s best weapons on the outside in wide receiver Felton Davis III. The senior has been Lewerke’s go-to target, leading the team in receptions (31), receiving yards (474), and touchdowns (four) this fall.

Last week at Penn State, Davis caught what wound up being the go-ahead, game-winning, 25-yard touchdown with 19 seconds remaining. It was his single-best game of the season, catching eight passes and going over the 100-yard mark for the first time all year; he scored an earlier touchdown, too.

However, the Wolverines have the best pass defense in all of college football, allowing an average of 129.1 yards per game. Will Davis be able to get loose against Michigan? I believe so. Expect the 6-foot-4 senior to have a monstrous performance for the Spartans, racking up at least 10 catches for over 100 yards.
