Ryan Finley spent his first two seasons out west with Boise State, playing in seven games over two years. Finley had three touchdowns and just over 600 yards before electing to leave and head to the ACC to play for NC State.

Whether the move to a new offense, new part of the country or just being older, Finley has shined for the Wolfpack. He played 13 games in 2016 for NC State, throwing for 3,059 yards with 18 touchdowns.

Finley pushed his completion percentage up five points last year, throwing for 3,514 yards with 17 touchdowns as the Wolfpack were early season contenders. He was granted another year to play this season, racking up 10 touchdowns and 1,777 yards in his first six games.

Finley has shown a good ability to read defenses, completing 64 percent of his throws during his career with double the amount of touchdowns (48) to interceptions (24). He’s 6-foot-4 and over 210 pounds, ideal size for the NFL.
