Saturday 12:00-3:00

Texas A&M at Auburn, 12:00 p.m. EST, ESPN

An SEC West battle that isn’t particularly good, but it’s just about the only thing at Noon worth watching, so it makes the list. I think Texas A&M is maybe a top 40 team, and Auburn is even worse, but who knows, maybe when you combine two mediocre teams, you’ll get an interesting game. I doubt it though. If there’s a window to miss this week, it’s the Noon slate.

One sentence sell: If you’re watching football at Noon, this is your best option, even if it’s not very good.

Dartmouth at Princeton, 1:00 p.m. EST, ESPN+

We’ve got ourselves a certified Ivy League banger, and it’s quietly the best game of the early day. Both teams are undefeated, and the winner is essentially the league champion. Princeton is killing everyone they play, and averaging more than 50 points a game. Dartmouth hasn’t been as dominant, but they’re also undefeated, and should be Princeton’s best test yet.

One sentence sell: I know it doesn’t have the hype of a major game, but trust me, this is going to be a lot of fun.
