1K for the RBs

While J.K. Dobbins has 24 more carries than Mike Weber on the season, the two Buckeyes running backs season numbers are almost identical; Dobbins has 521 yards and four touchdowns, while Weber has 516 yards and three touchdowns.

The Buckeyes’ air attack has been the front force of this high-powered offense but the ground game has provided much support and will look to have a bigger role in the month of November, as both Weber and Dobbins will eclipse the 1,000 yard mark by the end of the month.

This would mean that both running backs would have to greatly improve their season averages but that won’t be hard as both running back’s have hit that season mark in their college careers. And the Buckeyes play two of the best rush defenses in the nation in November, so reaching that milestone by just one of these backs would be a stretch, but that’s what makes this prediction so bold. With Dobbins’ speed and Weber’s power, these two running back’s are the backbone of the Buckeyes’ offense. If they can’t step up, the Buckeyes will have no chance at a Big Ten title.
