2. Jake Fromm effective, efficient for Georgia

Jake Fromm didn’t necessarily win the game for the Bulldogs vs. Kentucky, but he didn’t lose it either. And with so many weapons around Fromm on the Georgia offense, that is exactly what they need right now.

The Bulldogs ran for a season-high 331 yards, averaging 6.6 per carry. That was in support of Fromm, who was 14-of-20 passing for 113 yards with a touchdown.

Fromm connected with six different wide receivers. He has gone two consecutive games without throwing a pick. Fromm also has completed at least 70 percent of his passes in seven games this year for Georgia.

Last year, Fromm had a breakout season as a freshman, throwing for 2,615 yards with 24 touchdowns and seven interceptions, leading the Bulldogs to the College Football Playoff championship. While his numbers are almost right along those lines again, he has failed scrutiny and pressure to perform.
