1. Benny Snell makes Kentucky go

For the second straight week, Benny Snell struggled, and in turn, so did the Wildcats. The talented running back was injured during the loss to Georgia, returning to the field in a losing effort.

Last week, Snell ran for just 67 yards as Kentucky held on to defeat Missouri on the road, 15-14. He has just one 100-yard performance — rushing for 169 vs. Vanderbilt — over the past five games after clearing that mark in three of the first four this season.

Snell is a future NFL player thanks to his incredible speed and elusive skills. He ran for for 1,333 yards and scored 19 touchdowns last year, surpassing the 1,000 yard mark this year already for a third time in three seasons.

Since his arrival on campus in Lexington, Snell has averaged over 5.1 yards per carry throughout the season, scoring a total of 42 rushing touchdowns.

If the Wildcats want to reach double digit wins this year, they’ll need more of the Benny Snell we saw vs. Florida and Mississippi State than that of the Missouri or Georgia version.
