The Citrus Bowl

The Citrus Bowl is worst case scenario for Tigers fans. This bowl is normally dedicated to an SEC vs Big 10 matchup, but Clemson would find themselves here after running the table and losing to Pittsburgh in the ACC championship game.

A loss to Pittsburgh, who is currently unranked in the College Football Playoff poll would certainly see the Tigers fall out of the top 10. This would Ohio State and Michigan ahead of them, and Georgia and Alabama would also stay ahead of them as well regardless of the results in their separate showdowns at the end of the season.

It is highly unlikely this scenario plays out, as the Panthers have not secured the spot in the ACC championship game, and their defense doesn’t look like it will be able to slow down Trevor Lawrence and company.

If the Tigers lose multiple games their ranking could still be high enough to stay in this bowl game.
